If you live or work in one of our project communities, or are affected by our work in any way, you can raise a question or complaint at any time. Every grievance is logged, acknowledged and escalated to the project team, and none affects your participation or benefits.
You can use the paper forms and contact cards held by your community interaction lead, or email us with “Grievance” in the subject line.
